Shipping Policy

DOMESTIC SHIPPING AND HANDLING

Orders will usually begin processing within 24  -48 hours of being placed, excluding weekends and holidays, and will typically ship within 72 hours pending credit verification. 


 *PLEASE GIVE 2-3 DAYS FOR YOUR ORDER TO BE PROCESSED* ( SHIPPING TIMES ARE FOR AFTER ITEMS HAS BEEN PROCESSED)


You will be emailed a tracking number when your order ships.  You will be contacted if the merchandise you have selected is not currently in stock or if additional information is required for credit verification. Orders submitted after 6:00pm EST will not begin processing until the following business day.

Standard shipping (5-7 business days after processing) = $10.95


Expedited Shipping (3-5business days after processing) = $24.95



International Delivery Transit Time:( 7-14 Business Days after processing )


Cost: International shipping rates vary depending on location and weight of the package. At check out your total shipping will be shown depending upon the weight of your shopping bag. 


 


All prices on our site are in US dollars and charged in US dollars. We do not provide currency conversion your bank will convert depending on the going rate at the time you place your order. All applicable custom fees, taxes, and duties are the sole responsibility of the customer.  Custom authorities require that we state the value of your order directly on your package.


Please note that all estimated shipping times are after the order has been shipped.  If for any reason you item is not deliverable and is return to the store you will be issued a refund for the purchase price of the items (minus shipping fee). Please carefully check your address. In the event that you request your order to be reshipped there will be a $9.95 shipping and handling fee. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once UPS, USPS, or DHL has marked your package as delivered. By completing a purchase with us you are agreeing to our full shipping and deliveries policy.


*Free standard shipping only applies to 50 contingent states, on net purchases over $125.00. Please allow 8-10 business days for delivery using free shipping. 


*PO Box and APO/AFO addresses can only be shipped via U.S. Postal Service.

Return Policy

How do I make a return?

To make a return submit your return request here with your email address and order number.

How many days do I have to make a return?

You have 14 days from the delivery date to submit your return request.

What items are returnable?

Most apparel, shoes, and accessories are returnable within 14 days of the delivery date. Items must be unwashed and unworn with tags attached and original packaging. All items MUST be returned in protective packaging to reduce damage during handling. All shoes MUST be returned in the original and then packaged durably. Free from tape and stickers. Damaged returns will NOT be accepted. Please note that shipping and handling fees are not refundable.

The following items are excluded and cannot be returned:

  • Free gifts or promotional items
  • Items marked FINAL SALE
  • Sunglasses
  • Bodysuits
  • Swimwear
  • Lingerie
  • Worn items
  • Items with scents, deodorant, and signs of wear.
  • Shipping fees

Can I get my money back?

For all returns we issue store credit only. Refunds are not available. 

Unfortunately, if the item is marked FINAL SALE cannot be returned. 

Are there any return fees?

Return shipping postage is the sole responsibility of the customer. 
If you receive the wrong item or a faulty product we will cover the return cost.

How soon will I receive my store credit?

Once we have received your return please allow up to 3-5 business days for your store credit to be issued.
